Manna’s sisters, Suus and Saartje, both struggled with mental health issues, but have never talked to her about their problems. Now that all three are young adults, Manna decides to finally open up the conversation about her sisters' struggles, in order to gain a better understanding. With her camera, she documents the process towards becoming more open with each other. This results in an intimate film about mental difficulties of young people and openness between family members.
